Background
My Role
As a Staff Designer, I support both day-to-day creative needs and large-scale brand initiatives across internal and external channels. I collaborate with marketing, events, and product teams to translate business goals into clear, consistent visual communication. My work spans a wide range of deliverables, including social media campaigns, trade show and booth environments, internal communications, product infographics, presentation templates, and company-wide event creative.
What I’ve Learned (So Far)
Working across both rapid internal requests and large campaign initiatives taught me to design at multiple scales, shifting between speed, precision, and concept development depending on impact and timeline. Within an established enterprise brand, I learned to treat guidelines as a framework rather than a limitation and maintaining recognition while introducing new layouts, visual treatments, and systems that expand the brand’s flexibility.
Control-M for Her
Control-M for Her is a BMC Software initiative that celebrates and supports female IT professionals and Control-M users, highlighting the growing presence of women in IT infrastructure while championing empowerment and gender equality.
CEO Club/High Performance Club
The CEO Circle and High Performance Club is an annual recognition event hosted by BMC Software for the company’s C-suite leaders and top-performing sales employees.
For the 2026 event in Bali, I developed the creative concept and design wrapper used across all event collateral. The visual system was inspired by Balinese cultural motifs, featuring ornate emblems and delicate iconography derived from the intricate patterns seen in traditional textiles and decorative crafts. The color palette reflects the vivid blues and warm hues of Bali’s coastal landscapes, creating a design language that connects the brand with the destination experience.
